Stephanie Rowe and David Helms to wed May 16

X YOUNGSTOWN — Announced by Jeanette Rowe, 6756 Bristlewood Drive, is the engagement of her daughter, Stephanie Rowe, 2709 11th St. N., Arlington, Va., and David Helms of Alexandria, Va. a son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Helms of Conway, S.C., and the late Zelda Lee Helms.

Miss Rowe, also a daughter of the late William Rowe, graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems. She is assistant administrator for Transportation Threat Assessment and Credentialing, a division of the Transportation Security Administration of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Mr. Helms is director of professional services with Cloud Shield Technologies of Sunnyvale, Calif. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering at California State University at Sacramento, Calif.

Invitations will be issued for the couple’s May 16 wedding at 5:30 p.m. at Stryker Sonoma Winery in Geyserville, Calif., and for a postnuptial reception on June 29 at Fonderlac Country Club in New Springfield.
