Beatitude House plans wine taste and auction

YOUNGSTOWN — The Beatitude House has planned its ninth annual wine taste and auction for 6 p.m. May 2 at The Embassy. The event will include a dinner buffet, an array of premium wines, and live, silent and Chinese auctions.

Bids will be accepted for a variety of gifts, including lunch in Washington with Congressman Tim Ryan, overnight hotel accommodations and a VIP tour of the Capitol; tickets to Ohio State University and other sporting events; a Rolex watch; and the use of an oceanfront condo on Marco Island.

Platinum sponsors include General Motors Lordstown Complex, Big 106.1, Mix 98.9 and WKBN/WYFX. Serving as host for the event will be Jeff Kelly of WBBG-FM 106.1.
