Resale of upscale items will benefit Easter Seals in three counties

BOARDMAN — Angels of Easter Seals is inviting the public to attend its 2008 Premier Couture Collection Upscale Resale from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 26 at Antone’s Banquet Center, 8578 Market St.
Featured at the event will be gently worn women’s, men’s and children’s better clothes and designer bargains. There also will be purses, jewelry, household items, toys and pictures. Admission is $2.
The sponsor for the event is Hot 101, and chairwomen are Geri Kosar, Julie Costas, Denise York, Mary Celeste Van Sickle, Virginia Pichette, Jill Chesney, Diana D’Alesio, Janet Murray and Betty Cmil, who is also president of the Angels.
In conjunction with the Upscale Resale, there will be a private cocktail party from 7 to 10 p.m. April 25 for advance purchases of sale items. Admission to the party is $20. All proceeds from the sale and cocktail party will be donated to the Easter Seals of Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties, to help people with disabilities or special needs live with equality, dignity and independence.
