Several people were indicted Thursday. They will be arraigned at 1 p.m. Monday before Judge Andrew Logan of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court. Those indicted and the charges against them:

Timothy M. Ady Jr., 28, of Warren, forgery (three counts); passing bad checks.
James T. Bowers, 27, of Hubbard, domestic violence.
James Allen Edison, 24, of Kinsman, rape; attempted rape.

Robert F. Casper, 47, of Morgantown, W.Va., aggravated possession of drugs (four counts); possession of drugs (two counts); possession of cocaine.
Brad E. Reichard, 43, of Niles, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
Allen Scott Edmonds, 46, of Warren, possessing criminal tools; receiving stolen property.

James B. Vandervort, 39, of Cortland, pleaded guilty by way of information to inducing panic and having weapons while intoxicated; pre-sentence investigation ordered.
Phillips, pleaded guilty by way for information to illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of detention facility and four counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs; sentenced to 18 months in prison.
