Man shot to death at Warren apartments

WARREN — A man was shot and killed Thursday evening in the city.

According to police, someone called the police station at 8 p.m. Thursday and said a person wearing a wolf mask shot another man at the Hampshire House Apartments on Fifth Street Southwest.

Officers responded to the scene and found a man shot.

Police did not release the man’s identity Thursday night, but did say he died from the gunshot wounds.

Police said several people were gathered at the scene of the shooting. There were several descriptions of the shooter, some without the wolf mask detail.
