Stolen car found next to burning house

YOUNGSTOWN — A stolen car found next to the burning vacant house at 2830 Bryant Ave. had been stripped. Firefighters said the cause of the fire just past 7 p.m. Wednesday is under investigation. The structure was fully engulfed when crews arrived and allowed it to burn down.

Firefighters said it is not known if the car was set on fire and the fire spread to the house or the other way around. The property was filled with trash and debris, reports show.
