SteelHounds fall 4-1 in Game 3

Greg Pankewicz scored two goals and added an assist, leading the Colorado Eagles to a 4-1 victory and a commanding series lead over the Youngstown SteelHounds in the Central Hockey League playoffs.

Ed McGrane added two assists for the Eagles, who took a 3-0 series lead. Game 4 is Thursday at 7:05 p.m. at the Chevrolet Centre.

Riley Nelson and Scott Polaski added goals for Colorado, which has outscored Youngstown 15-5 in the three games.

Chris Richards scored the SteelHounds’ lone goal.
