Masquerade dance at Buckeye Elks center

YOUNGSTOWN — Naomi Temple 124 is having its Masquerade Dance from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. April 12 at the Buckeye Elks Youth Center, 4211‚Ñ2 North Ave. Cost for the BYOB event is $10 per person.
