Man arrested on traffic charges

YOUNGSTOWN — Genera Bellard, 41, has traffic charges reaching back to 1993 that are still pending.

On Thursday, police were at his Megan Circle home for an undisclosed investigation. While there, the officers served eight warrants that were issued for his failure to appear in municipal court.

Bellard faces driving under suspension charges from 1993, 2002 (two) and 2007. He’s also charged with loud music, 1998; seat belt, 2000; drug abuse marijuana and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 2007.

He is expected to be in court Monday for arraignment.
