Kelly landed a staggering blow slightly throwing Taylor off balance twice.

A series of blows by Taylor sent Pavlik to the floor at the middle of the round. The boxer recovered but walked into another barrage of blows from the champion. Pavlik held onto the champ to make it to the end of the round.
