Pumpkin patch at church

AUSTINTOWN — Austintown Community Church, 242 S. Canfield-Niles Road, will sponsor a pumpkin patch from Oct. 14-31. Hours will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and from 1 to 7 p.m. Sundays.

Pumpkins, Indian corn and gourds will be sold. The pumpkins are from a farm in New Mexico, where Navajo Indians work.

The church also will host a free Fall Festival Oct. 20 and 21. The event will include games, live music, food and hay rides.

From 1 to 4 p.m. Oct. 20, there will be a classic car show and Pathways will present a praise concert at 4:30.

Proceeds will benefit the ministries and outreach of the church. Ministries include food and clothing distribution, mission trips, youth projects and building projects,
