Psych ward escapee steals ambulance

YOUNGSTOWN — Be on the lookout for a Rural Metro Ambulance stolen from Forum Health Northside Medical Center, police were advised around 1:30 p.m. today. The driver was described as a black female who escaped from the psych ward.
