Woman cited after traffic crash

YOUNGSTOWN — A 23-year-old woman driving west on East Lucius Avenue traveled off the roadway, struck a tree, fence and trash cans before ending up in the back yard of 532 East Lucius around 11:30 p.m. Monday, police said. Shana M. Starks of Lake Drive was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center for treatment and cited for failure to maintain reasonable control.
