Scholarship recipients named by ABWA

CANFIELD — Mill Creek Chapter of American Business Women’s Association honored its 2007 scholarship recipients at a meeting held Sept. 11 at A La Cart Catering.

Devin Eicher, a business major at John Carroll University, University Heights, received the Fern Magyar Scholarship.

ABWA Greek Chapter scholarships went to Tiffiny Rummell, who will study mechanical engineering at Purdue University; Stephanie Cole, who is pursuing a degree in respiratory care at Youngstown State University; Brittaney Reed, who will study premedicine at Ohio State University; and Kelly Staple, who will major in psychology at YSU.

A special guest was Carol Ann Miller, the 2006 Fern Magyar Scholarship recipient.
