City man indicted for attack on fed agent

YOUNGSTOWN — A federal grand jury in Cleveland issued a three-count indictment today that charges Sean Bishop, 28, of Stewart Avenue with assault on a government agent while performing duties, assault on a government agent with a dangerous weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Bishop is accused of attempting to run over an FBI agent with the FBI/Mahoning Valley Violent Crimes Task Force on Sept. 4 on Ohio Avenue. The agent shot Bishop.
