Kerry Pizzulo of Howland has been promoted to branch manager at the Niles office of Farmers National Bank. She also is a loan officer there and has 11 years of experience with Farmers. She is a graduate of The Harry Blythe School of Banking.

Josie Polis of Poland has been named director of marketing and admissions for Park Vista Retirement Community. She had been admissions coordinator and director of admissions. She earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science from Youngstown State University.

G. Thomas Ahern, a 1976 Howland High School graduate, has been named chief executive of Coughlan Companies, a publisher of children’s books based in Mankato, Minn. He had been chief executive of Swiftknowledge Inc.

InfoCision Management Corp. has hired four program supervisors at its local call centers. Catherine Farrell of Poland, Justin Ricci of Youngstown and Nicholas Roberts of Youngstown have been hired at the company’s call center in Youngstown. Jessica Mancini of Boardman has been hired at the Boardman call center.
