Mishap closes W. Front Street downtown

YOUNGSTOWN — Firefighters were called to The Vindicator on Front Street around 11 a.m. today after a tractor-trailer backing into the lot struck a concrete barrier and opened a hole in the rig’s gas tank. The street was closed to traffic while crews used an absorbent to clean up the fuel spill.
