A Trumbull County grand jury has indicted the following people, who will be arraigned at 11 a.m. Sept. 28 before Judge John M. Stuard of common pleas court:

Scott M. Lepola, 45, Warren, misuse of a credit card.

Robert L. Rucker, 22, Warren, cocaine possession.

Robert J. Travis, Jr., 32, Warren, cocaine possession.

Sean B. Cline, 37, Warren, breaking and entering.

Ashley N. Hayes, 21, Girard, misuse of a credit card, theft.

Patrick R. Carroll, 19, Youngstown, grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Jenetta L. Double, 38, Cortland, grand theft.

Allen Reynolds Jr., 24, Warren, carrying a concealed weapon, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

Heather P. Tasso, 35, Hubbard, unauthorized use of a vehicle, forgery, theft.

Jordan A. Lough, 22, Warren, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, vandalism.

Alex C. Green, Youngstown, 21, cocaine possession, cocaine trafficking.

Mitchell N. Ballard, 35, Cortland, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Brandon D. Norman, 24, Warren, cocaine possession.

Robert A. King, 53, Warren, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Mark C. Julian, 39, Warren, breaking and entering.

The grand jury refused to indict the following:

Darryl J. Quick, 47, Warren, domestic violence.

Jerald L. Jones, 43, Warren, cocaine possession.

William J. Richardson, 35, Warren, forgery.

Jessica Scharba, 19, Masury, breaking and entering.

Jerimi S. Flanagan, 33, Niles, receiving stolen property.

Robert Killin, 41, Warren, breaking and entering.

Ashley N. Hayes, 21, Girard, receiving stolen property.

Patrick R. Carroll, 19, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.

Jordan A. Lough, 22, Warren, assault.

Marvin Crenshaw, 55, Warren, cocaine possession.
