Global Mala project

WARREN — Howland United Methodist Church, 730 Howland-Wilson Road N.E., will sponsor “Rise, Yoga as Peace in Action” as part of the Global Mala project from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.

Participants should take a yoga mat or cushion. There will be activities for children. Cost is $5.

Proceeds will benefit Hearts for a Safe Harbor, www.heartsforasafeharbor.com.
