East, Chaney high schools set open houses

YOUNGSTOWN — Open houses have been scheduled for the new East and expanded Chaney high schools. A ribbon cutting and tours of East at 474 Bennington Ave. are set for 2 p.m. Sunday . The building will remain open until 5 p.m. The same time schedule will be followed at Chaney, 731 S. Hazelwood Ave., on Sept. 30.
