Small-business owners
to meet state officials

AUSTINTOWN — The National Federation of Independent Business/Ohio will provide local small-business owners with a chance to meet with State Sen. Capri Cafaro and State Rep. FirstEnergy declares
quarterly dividend

AKRON — The board of directors of FirstEnergy Corp. declared an unchanged quarterly dividend of 50 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable Dec. 1 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 7.
