WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa. — Mercer County Unit of NAACP of Farrell, Pa., will hold its 44th annual Freedom Fund banquet at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 12 at the Radisson Hotel, state Route 18.

The speaker will be Joe Madison, host of Radio-One WOL-AM 1450 in Washington, D.C.
