Wedding date set by Miss Vass, and Mr. Haas

XYOUNGSTOWN — The engagement of Nicole Vass and Peter Haas Jr., both of 3856 Loma Vista Drive, is being announced by the future bride’s father, Ronald R. Vass of 3442 Sandalwood Lane.

Parents of the prospective groom are Peter Haas Sr. of Huntington, N.Y., and Sue Larkin of Citrus County, Fla.

Miss Vass, also a daughter of the late Dianne Vass, graduated from Keiser University in Sarasota, Fla., with an associate degree in health.

Mr. Haas also received an associate degree in health from Keiser University and is in sales with Time Warner-Makoteis Cable, Youngstown.

The couple will be married at noon on Oct. 13 at St. Christine Church, Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and also for an evening reception at Blue Wolf Banquet Center.
