The end is near for vacation submissions

While you were visiting the family in Hubbard, some local families were going the extra mile — literally — in search of adventure, romance and fun.

We’ve had a great selection of photos (lots of beach shots, one of mountain climbers and tons of kids having fun), but we’re still looking for those grabber, killer shots from this summer’s vacation.

Be sure to include information about who’s in the photo, who tookt he photo and where everybody lives. You know your neighbors will be jealous!

The deadline for submitting entries is Friday.

Just e-mail your photos to features@vindy.com and include “Vacation photo” in the subject line.

We’ll select some of the best for print in the Oct. 7 Life&Work section. All the rest that are of adequate quality will be carried online at Vindy.com.
