NOT AT HOME: Youngstown police try to serve arrest warrants at an address in the 1100 block of Glenwood Avenue. The person named in the warrants wasn’t home Monday afternoon, but officers found a dog and called the deputy dog warden, who decided it was OK to leave the dog.
