Youngstown tree meeting postponed

YOUNGSTOWN — City council’s buildings and grounds committee postponed today’s meeting to discuss what should be done with a project for the western portion of a main downtown street that includes the removal of tree-lined medians. The committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. Friday on the 6th floor of city hall to hear proposals from city planners on the West Federal Street project.
