“Prison Break” (8 p.m., Fox): “Prison Break” would have made a fantastic single-season series. Instead, it just keeps going and going and you’ve got to wonder how long they can keep this up. Season 3 begins with Michael (Wentworth Miller) behind bars again — this time in Panama.

“K-Ville” (9 p.m., Fox): The idea of a gritty cop drama set in post-Katrina New Orleans is intriguing, but it’s not certain whether “K-Ville” can live up to expectations. Tonight’s pilot has its moments, but also feels disjointed and uneven. Anthony Anderson and Cole Hauser star.

“Deal or No Deal” (8 p.m., NBC): Howie Mandel’s game show is back to try and finally give away $1 million.
