Volney Rogers School reduced to rubble

REDUCED TO RUBBLE: Volney Rogers Junior High School on South Schenley Avenue in Youngstown is being demolished by ProQuality Land Development of Campbell. The building opened in 1960 but was closed last June. Tearing it down will cost $437,000. A new building will be erected on the same site.
