Plans announced for Miss Baltes, Michael Wagar

XDebbie and Rocky Mangin, 1205 W. Seagoe Ave., Coolidge, Ariz., formerly of Boardman, and Fred and Susan Baltes, 4715 Rabbit Ridge, Canfield, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Baltes, and Michael Wagar, both of 1220 State Road, Wadsworth.

Mr. Wagar is a son of Bob and Carole Wagar, 215 Westview, Wadsworth.

The couple’s open wedding will be held at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 13 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wadsworth. Invitations will be extended for a reception afterward at the Blair Center in Westfield Center.

Miss Baltes holds a doctorate of audiology from the University of Akron and is employed as an audiologist at Youngstown Hearing and Speech Center in Boardman.

Mr. Wagar, who earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance at the University of Akron, is a commercial banker at Westfield Bank in Westfield Center.
