Agreed to a request by residents of Miller Avenue to lower the speed limit there from 35 to 25 mph. They said a public hearing must be set before the change can be adopted. Residents had complained about speeding vehicles there.

Approved installation of streetlights on Elbon, Falcon and Avon streets. Residents will pay for the lights through their taxes beginning next year. The charge is 44 cents per foot per year for the first 50 feet of improved frontage and 11 cents per foot for anything over 50 feet. Unimproved property will be 11 cents per foot for all frontage.
