BANKING
First National Bank of Pennsylvania has promoted Steven P. Shaffer to vice president/business banking lender in New Castle. He had been assistant vice president/business banking lender. The New Castle resident earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Geneva College.
MEDICINE
James J. Nicotero has been named practice administrator for the Doctors Pain Clinic in Boardman. He has been executive director with Brighton Radiology Associates in Beaver, Pa., practice manager with Mercy Primary Care and chief financial officer and practice administrator with Western Pennsylvania Nephrology Associates. He earned a bachelor’s degree in administration and management from La Roche College.
MANUFACTURING
Sharon Tube Co. named Tina Grabigel of Sharpsville, Pa., as customer service manager for mechanical tubing Sales. She had been vice president of marketing for Van Fossan & Associates of Youngstown.
FINANCE
The Private Client Group at National City Corp. named Karen Segesto as client adviser for Youngstown. She will focus on serving young professionals in medicine, law, management consulting and emerging executives as well as small business owners. She joined National City earlier this year as vice president. She previously was relationship manager for Fifth Third Bank. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Hiram College.
CONSULTING
Patrick Casey, a 1978 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, has been named a senior project manager at Adams PMC, a consulting and program management firm that’s based in Georgia but has several offices across the country. Casey had been an owner’s representative to CB Richard Ellis and the Cleveland Clinic and an architect for Ironwood Development Co. He earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Kent State University.
HEALTH CARE
Troy A. Snyder has been named associate executive director for Lake Vista of Cortland, an Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services community. For the last seven years, Snyder has served as a regional manager for a large nursing home chain and was responsible for full oversight of nine long-term care facilities. He earned a bachelor’s degree in health policy administration from Penn State University.
