Dr. Evelyn Oteng-Bediako has joined the staff of Doctors Pain Clinic. She will see patients at the Boardman office and at affiliated offices at University Pittsburgh Medical Center Horizon Hospital’s Pain Management Centers in Farrell, Pa., and Greenville, Pa. She recently moved to the area from Baltimore. An anesthesiologist, she earned her medical degree from the University of Ghana Medical School in Ghana. She completed her residency at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Ky., and completed a pain management fellowship at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
ACCOUNTING
Hill, Barth & King has admitted Scott D. Roush as principal at the Boardman-based firm. He began his career in public accounting in 1990 and has been with HBK since 2005. He serves on HBK’s assurance practice committee and is one of HBK’s quality control principals, providing secondary review services as well as research and counsel on complex accounting issues. He received his bachelor’s degree from Malone College.
BANKING
First National Bank of Pennsylvania promoted Chris Colella of Hubbard to vice president of corporate banking. He had been a vice president of business banking. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and is a graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending at Bucknell University.
FINANCE
Morris Financial Group of Salem hired Todd R. Conduff as director of group sales. He had been with Employers Select Plan, a wholesale insurance broker.
LAW
Community Legal Aid has added Latrinia Yates as a legal assistant at its Youngstown office. She received an associate degree in legal assisting from ETI Technical College.
