Mohawk romps to 34-6 victory

UNION TWP., Pa. — D.J. Woleslagle’s rushing, Seth Powell’s passing and Michael Henry’s receiving carried Mohawk past Union, 34-6, Friday night.

Woleslagle scored two TDs on runs of 45 yards and 1 yard and finished with 182 yards rushing in 28 attempts.

Powell hit Henry on a pair of TD passes covering 35 and 5 yards, and finished with 7-for-18 in the air for 78 yards. Henry had four catches for 55 yards. Travis Schubert added 87 yards rushing in 12 runs, including a 12-yard TD dash.

Mike Pelto threw two TD passes for Union covering 27 yards to Linnell Robinson and 10 yards to Markus Allen. Pelto was 5-for-11 for 73 yards.

Shenango 6

BEAVER, Pa. — Manny Cutlip ran for two touchdowns, threw for one and returned a kickoff for a fourth score to lead Beaver.

Jake Nardone added 96 yards on the ground as Beaver outrushed Shenango 295-35.

Ryan Tanner had 106 yards passing and Aaron Maxwell had 93 yards receiving for Shenango.
