Judge W. Wyatt McKay of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court did not dismiss a lawsuit filed by the Brookfield SOS Committee Inc., as was reported on Page B2 of Thursday’s Vindicator. The SOS citizens group voluntarily filed the motion to dismiss its suit.
