A Trumbull County grand jury has indicted 15 people on felony charges, three of them secretly. Arraignments are scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday before Judge Peter J. Kontos. Those indicted and the charges against them are:
Timothy A. Ward, 25, Lowellville, possession of cocaine.
Andrew C. Frantz, 21, Warren, carrying a concealed weapon, tampering with evidence and receiving stolen property.
Paul M. Sabo, 33, of Jefferson, arson.
Duke A. Wagner, 28, Niles, possession of heroin.
Jamie L. Rounds, 31, Niles, theft.
Antoine Johnson, 24, Warren, possession of cocaine, two counts.
Donnie E. Bork, 36, Niles, breaking and entering.
Joseph A. Leasock, 41, Niles, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, having a weapon while being a convicted felon, tampering with evidence.
Matthew A. Summerfield, 22, Warren, grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Jessica Sue Blauvelt, 24, Howland, possession of heroin, failure to comply with a police order.
Bryan R. Ingramm, 41, Niles, robbery.
Joseph R. Lawson, 31, Niles, theft.
The case of Danny L. Hall, 48, Southington, was remanded to Warren Municipal Court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a misdemeanor.
The case of Larry Petit, 51, Newton Falls, was remanded to Newton Falls Municipal Court on a charge of driving under the influence or drugs, a misdemeanor.
The case of Matthew J. Proper, 46, Niles, remanded to Newton Falls Municipal Court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a misdemeanor.
Lauren Prevec, 19, Howland, has pleaded guilty to a bill of information on a charge of possession of heroin, and the case has been referred to drug court.
