Here are the issues and liquor options that will appear before voters in November.

Columbiana County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities: A new 2.5-mill, 10-year levy for operating costs to raise $3.5 million a year.

Columbiana: A 2-mill, 5-year replacement and increase ambulance levy to raise $222,000 a year.

East Liverpool: A 0.5-mill, 5-year additional road levy to raise $38,900 a year.

East Palestine: A 1-mill, 5-year park renewal levy to raise $43,053 a year.

East Palestine: A 2-mill, 5-year park renewal levy to raise $89,559 a year.

Lisbon: A 3-mill, 5-year cemetery renewal levy to raise $64,200 a year.

New Waterford: A 1.9-mill, 5-year operating expense renewal levy to raise $5,400 a year.

Salineville: A 3-mill, 5-year additional police levy to raise $32,000 a year.

Washingtonville: A 0.5-mill, 5-year additional road levy to raise $3,400 a year.

Wellsville: A 0.5-mill, 5-year replacement levy for floodwall expenses to raise $12,173 a year.

Wellsville: A 1.4-mill, 5-year fire levy renewal to raise $33,000 a year.

Columbiana County Career Center: A 1-mill, 5-year new levy for school improvements to raise $864,096 a year.

Leetonia Schools: A 6.5-mill, 5-year new emergency levy to raise $412,000 a year.

Lisbon Schools: A new, 2-mill, 27-year bond issue and levy to raise $2.4 million.

Salem Schools: A 2-mill, 5-year permanent improvement levy renewal to raise $320,900 a year.

Fairfield: A 1.5-mill, 5-year fire levy renewal to raise $127,000 a year.

Hanover: A 1-mill, 5-year fire levy replacement levy to raise $52,000 a year.

Knox: A 1-mill, 5-year Homeworth Fire District renewal levy to raise $27,600 a year.

Knox: A 1-mill, 5-year North Georgetown Fire District renewal levy to raise $19,300 a year.

Middleton: A 2-mill, 5-year road levy renewal to raise $72,510 a year.

Perry: A 1.5-mill, 5-year fire and police replacement levy to raise $117,300 a year.

St. Clair: A 2.5-mill, 5-year fire levy renewal to raise $195,300 a year.

West: A 1-mill, 5-year fire levy replacement to raise $40,900 a year.

West: A 2-mill, 5-year additional road levy to raise $81,800 a year.
