“Dirty Jobs” (9 p.m., Discovery): Mr. “Dirty Jobs” Mike Rowe has really gone and done it this time. For his 150th rigorous chore, he’s helping ranch hands collect precious wool from yaks as a farmer in Kalispell, Mont. Covered in dirt, manure, slobber, spit and wooly fuzz, he also must delicately deal with protective yak mothers in order to weigh their newborns.
