Roy Passarelli, president and owner of Vital Record Storage of Youngstown, was awarded The Ron Nischwitz Volunteer of the Year Award at Ohio Business Week 2007. The summer program that gives high school students hands-on experience with business and entrepreneurship was held at Youngstown State University.

Passarelli has been volunteering for OBW since 1998 as a company advisor and a loaned executive leading a group of 10 to 12 students to develop a business plan.
