YOUNGSTOWN — Craig Bickley, executive director of human resources for the Columbus Public Schools, has been named the new chief human resources officer at Youngstown State University. Bickley replaces Mary Jo Repasky-Skea, who has been serving as interim executive director of human resources since July. Bickley has a bachelor’s degree in human resources and a master’s degree in industrial relations from the University of Toledo.

St. Elizabeth Health Center announced several personnel moves.
Jerry Lynn Wilson of Boardman has been appointed manager of patient access at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center. She will direct operations of the main admitting, bed coordinator, cashier and ED registration areas. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Youngstown State University. She previously was a supervisor in claims resolution and patient financial services at Humility of Mary Health Partners and a clerical communications coordinator for laboratory services at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Kathy Cook of Kinsman has been appointed director of nursing and chief nurse at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center. Cook earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Youngstown State University and a master’s degree in nursing administration from Gannon University in Erie, Pa. She had been director of surgical services for St. Joseph Health Center.
Rose M. Mucci of Cornersburg has been appointed nurse manager of the progressive coronary care unit for St. Elizabeth Health Center. She had been a nurse advocate for supportive care services of St. Joseph Health Center. She earned an associate degree in nursing from Kent State University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Penn State University.
Steven Rinehart of Howland has been appointed operations manager of pharmacy for St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center. He had been a staff pharmacist. He earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Ohio State University.
Alec Kulik has been named administrator and director of business operations for the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital, Shaker Campus. He had been manager of supply chain management at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Youngstown State University in 1992.
LIBRARY
Diane Thomas of Lordstown has been named manager of the Howland branch of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Marietta College and a master’s degree in library science from Kent State University. She had been a media cataloger in the technical services department.
Nathan Dempsey of Warren has been named reference librarian at the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Ohio University and a master’s degree in library and information sciences from Kent State University. He had worked at the Sylvester Memorial Wellston Public Library in Wellston, Ohio.
SPORTS
Jeff Ryznar, 27, formerly of Austintown, has been named director of strategic marketing for the Cleveland Cavaliers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He had been working in Chicago as the regional account supervisor for Buick-Pontiac-GMC advertising in the North Central Region for General Motors.
