A classic Christmas song begins, “Up on the housetop reindeer paws, out jumps good ol’ Santa Claus.”

But if you look on the roofs of buildings that surround Ohio Stadium, you don’t see Saint Nick, but men in black with binoculars and walkie-talkies. There are others on the top of the stadium.

Apparently the large presence of state troopers, city police and Ohio State University police officers isn’t enough. The good people of Youngstown don’t seem dangerous.
