COLUMBUS — Comedian Andy Dick was cited by police who said he urinated on a sidewalk after a weekend at a comedy club, where the club manager said he made inappropriate comments while on stage and groped patrons. Dick, a former co-star of the 1990s sitcom “NewsRadio,” also took women into the men’s room and urinated on the floor and on at least one person during his weekend performances at the Funny Bone Comedy Club, said Dave Stroupe, the club’s managing partner. Stroupe said it was one of the worst experiences with a performer in the club’s history. A limousine driver was supposed to meet Dick, 41, at 7 a.m. Monday at a hotel near the comedy club, Stroupe said. But Dick couldn’t be found and missed that morning’s flight to Los Angeles, he said. Dick was across town, where Columbus police officer John Fantin issued the urination citation about 7:30 a.m. .
