CAMPUS NOTES\ In the spotlight

Carrie Hubbard, daughter of Dr. Gary and Carol Hubbard of Canfield, completed a summer internship with Events in Motion, a Los Angeles company that produces corporate events, movie premieres and television wrap parties. She is a senior communications and business major at Ashland College in Ashland.

Five area students were named to the dean’s list at Malone College, Canton, by achieving a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher. They are Daniel K. DeVille of Poland, Stravos V. Likouris of Campbell and Kenneth P. Gingrich, Linda S. Jones and Dannelle L. Soroka, all of Austintown.
