Niles police probe investigate stabbing

NILES — City police are investigating a stabbing death at a North Side home.

Police said a Woodglen Avenue man in his 20s was found on the kitchen floor, stabbed multiple times.

Police went to the home after 4 p.m. Tuesday to check on a person’s welfare and learned the body apparently had been there a while.

A person of interest was being talked to by police, but no names were released by authorities Tuesday night.
