Daylight-saving time ends Nov. 4

Daylight-saving time ends Nov. 4

If you thought about moving your clocks back one hour Sunday, DON’T DO IT.

Daylight-saving time ends Sunday, Nov. 4, when the country returns to Eastern Standard Time.

On Aug. 8, 2005, President Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This act changed the time-change dates for daylight-saving time in the U.S. This year, DST began the second Sunday in March and ends the first Sunday in November, which is Nov. 4.
