The Rotary Club of Warren’s third annual Chocolate Festival runs from 5-8 p.m. at Packard Music Hall. Tickets are $10 at the door. Festivities include a Chinese auction, silent auction and raffles. A cash bar and decadent chocolate desserts will also be available. Proceeds will go to the veterans memorial project in Memorial Park behind Courthouse Square in downtown Warren. A Halloween blowout at B&O Station, 530 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown, has a music lineup that includes Danielle Lyn, Another Found Self, the Kellys and User Sets Mode. Doors open at 10 p.m. and admission is $5. Those who wear costumes might just take home a prize.
Meanwhile, it will be Hell in the Cellar over in Struthers. The annual Halloween bash will include the bands Grey Dealer, Manifold Stud, Something to Shelter and Grand Fury, plus a costume contest with $1,500 in cash and prizes. Third Arm Productions, sponsors of the annual party, have partnered with Ghoul Mansion of Sharon, Pa., this year to re-create scenes from horror movies. The Cellar is at 162 S. Bridge St.
