EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION Top school districts

Eleven local school districts earned the state’s highest designation, ‘excellent.’ The school districts and the number of consecutive years each has earned that ranking are as follows:

South Range: nine years.

Canfield: eight years.

Poland: seven years.

Lowellville: six years.

Western Reserve: six years.

Champion: four years.

Lakeview: two years.

Girard: two years.

Columbiana: two years.

Howland: one year.

Boardman: one year.
