OVI Task Force announces last week's numbers

YOUNGSTOWN — Members of the Mahoning County Operating a Vehicle Impaired Task Force conducted two roadblocks for sobriety checks on the South Side last Thursday and Saturday. They resulted in 238 stops with 12 OVI arrests, 23 driving under suspension arrests, four felony arrests, six speed citations, 18 safety belt and two child restraint citations, according to Tracy Styka, task force coordinator.
