Oct. 15
Menacing: A woman in the 100 block of Topaz Circle reported her ex-boyfriend was continuing to telephone her and send her text messages even though he was recently arrested for stalking her.
Oct. 19
Drug paraphernalia: A 25-year-old Girard man was arrested on possession of drug paraphernalia after police found a multicolored glass pipe containing marijuana residue on him during a traffic stop at Fairground Boulevard.

Oct. 15
Theft: An unauthorized withdrawal was made from an ATM account at Home Savings and Loan, 6030 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: An in-dash stereo was stolen from a vehicle in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.
Theft: Wood and shingles were taken at a home in the 1000 block of N. Meridian Road.
Criminal damaging: Three pellets were shot into the front door of a home in the 3000 block of Cannon Road.
Burglary: A home was broken into and a gun and other items were taken in the 5000 block of New Road.

Breaking and entering: A computer and frozen food were stolen from the community room at Meridian Place, 1192 N. Meridian Road.
Missing property: A woman reported personal property missing at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Fraud: A check for $585 was stolen and cashed at an apartment in the 1000 block of S. Raccoon Road.
Theft: Three pumpkins and three ceramic pots with flowers were stolen from The Salon Team, 4020 Mahoning Ave.
Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to the victim’s account at a home in the 1000 block of Ohltown Road.
Theft: Medication was taken from a home in the 1000 block of Idaho Road.
Theft: A purse with its contents was stolen from Walgreen’s, 3800 Tippecanoe Road.
Disturbance: A student fight in the lunchroom was reported at Austintown Fitch HIgh School, 4560 Falcon Drive.
Theft: A man was arrested at a home in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road on charges of theft and failure to appear.

Criminal damaging: A rear window was broken at a home in the 60 block of Westminister Avenue.

Theft: Valium was reported stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Westmont Drive.
Burglary: A DeWalt miter saw was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Ayrshire Drive.
Lost license plate: A temporary tag fell off a vehicle at Get Go, 5163 Mahoning Ave.

Charges: An Austintown man was issued a summons on charges of drug abuse marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and a second Austintown man was charged with sale of liquor to a minor in the 2300 block of Penny Lane. A juvenile female from Boardman was charged with curfew violation.
