BAZAARS

• Gustavus Federated Church, at the intersection of state Routes 87 and 193, is planning its fall bazaar and turkey dinner from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday. Cost is $8 for adults, $3.50 for children 6 to 10 and free for preschoolers. A country store in the Gustavus Town Hall will have booths open from 1 to 5 p.m.

CARD/BINGO PARTIES

• Auxiliary of the Oblate Sisters is hosting a card and bingo party at 1 p.m. Sunday at Teresa Casini Hall, Villa Maria Teresa School, 50 Warner Road, Hubbard. Featured will be a Chinese auction. Tickets will be $5 at the door and will include lunch.

• St. Charles Ladies Guild of St. Charles Church, Westview Drive, Boardman, is having a bingo and card party in the church hall from 2:30 to 5:30 Sunday. Featured will be lunch, raffles, door prizes, special drawings and a 50-50 drawing. Admission is $5 at the door.

CRAFT SHOWS

• Christian Assembly, 5050 South Ave., Boardman, is planning a Christmas Craft show and Chinese auction from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 10. Table rentals cost $10 plus a donation to the Chinese auction. For information and table rental, call (330) 788-0923 or send your name, phone number, type of craft and rental fee to the church. No flea market items. All proceeds go to World Missions.

• The annual Old Hickory Craft Show will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Hickory High School, 640 N, Hermitage Road, Hermitage, Pa., sponsored by the Hickory Band Booster Organization. All proceeds will benefit the band program. There will be about 100 crafters, a Chinese auction and homemade lunches.

SALES

• Bethel Lutheran Church, 425 Crestview Drive, Boardman, has scheduled a quilt sale and mini bazaar from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Lunch will be available. For more information, call (330) 758-5745.

SPECIAL EVENTS

• East Palestine Town and Country Garden Club will be having its annual Christmas Home Tour from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Nov. 9 and 10. “Christmas with a Small Town Charm” is the theme. Tickets can be purchased at D&D’s Restaurant, The Sunflower Seed, Flowers Straight from the Heart, and at the homes. Tickets cost $8.

• Kiwanis Club of Vienna plans a flu shot clinic and pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at Vienna Presbyterian Church, corner of state Route 193 and Warren-Sharon Road. Cost of the shot is free to those presenting their Medicare card and is $30 for all others. The pancake breakfast cost is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $3 for children. Proceeds will fund the club’s Mathews High School scholarships.
