XAUSTINTOWN — Pastor Andy Wade officiated for the July 21 wedding of Nicole Christine Schisler, daughter of Randall and Barbara Schisler of 3976 S. Schenley Ave., Boardman, and Mark Allen Sorber, son of Richard and Carol Sorber, 1891 Laurelwood Place.

After the 2 p.m. ceremony at Wickliffe Christian Church, a reception honoring the couple followed at the Italian American Veterans Centre, Youngstown.

The bride wore a strapless teal gown with a silver design and a minitrain. She completed her ensemble with a silver tiara and carried a dozen white roses trimmed with white lace.

Maid of honor for her sister was Tracy Hoffman of Poland, and Samantha Sorber of Boardman, daughter of the bride and groom, served as flower girl. They wore cream-colored dresses.

Bruce Maggianetti of Austintown performed the duties of best man, and Christopher Schisler Jr. of Youngstown, the bride’s nephew, served as the ring bearer. The bride’s brother, Charlie Schisler of Boardman, ushered wedding guests.

The newlyweds attended Youngstown State University. Mr. Sorber, a veteran of the U.S. Army, is employed as delivery driver for Hallrich Inc.

The couple, who took a honeymoon trip to Las Vegas, reside at 7379 Bonnie Place, Boardman.
